Mas murang pabahay swak sa 4PH Program

Inihayag ng mga executive ng Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) at Pag-IBIG Fund noong Araw ng Paggawa na makikinabang sa mga subsidyo ang mga nangungutang ng National Housing Philippines Housing (4PH) program. Ang mga sumusunod na opsyon ay ipinaliwanag nang detalyado.

Ang 4PH Program ay flagship housing project ng gobyerno na magbibigay ng abot-kayang bahay at mababang buwanang hulog sa pamamagitan ng iba’t ibang subsidies para sa mga manggagawang Pilipino na miyembro ng Pag-IBIG Fund.

“Our housing agenda aims to ensure that all Filipino workers have the means to accessible and affordable housing opportunities. Through the subsi-dies extended to beneficiaries of the 4PH program, prices of homes and monthly amortization costs will be significantly reduced,” pahayag ni Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, pinuno ng DHSUD at ng 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees.

Saad ni Acuzar, ang mga housing unit na ibebenta sa ilalim ng 4PH Program ay mas matipid ang presyo kumpara sa ibang residential unit sa merkado alinsunod sa price ceiling na ipinataw ng gobyerno para sa abot-kayang pabahay.

Ang mga borrower ng housing loan na kukuha ng mga unit sa ilalim ng 4PH Program sa pamamagitan ng Pag-IBIG ay magkakaroon ng mas mababang interest rate kaysa sa kasalukuyang ibinibigay ng Pag-IBIG Fund.
